I am a 31-year-old Indian woman whose dream job is to become a multi-media journalist in Aotearoa (New Zealand).
I am a Te Rito cadet with one year of experience with media outlets in New Zealand including NZ Herald, Newshub, Whakaata Maori, and Pacific Media Network. I have also been fortunate enough to learn from regional placements including The Daily Post, Northern Advocate, and The Bay of Plenty Times. I have another six months of experience in reporting and news writing in the ethnic media group Indianweekender.
